Future Installations

In 2025, Dr. Isenberg will work with Karen Oikonen and Kate Wilkes to translate her team’s CIHR-funded health economics and qualitative research on home visits near the end of life (led by Dr. Isenberg and Dr. Hsu) into a travelling design installation that will target the public and members of provincial parliament.  

Dr. Isenberg will also work with arts-based NGO Taboo Health and founder Maria Cheung to identify an artist/design to support the development of an installation focusing on the results of Dr. Isenberg and Dr. Lau’s CIHR-funded research on access to palliative care for individuals living with opioid-related health harms. The intention is for this installation to be featured in Dying.exhibits as part of the January 2025 Design TO festival.
